Physical distancing, wearing face coverings, and practicing good health habits are proven public health methods that all members of the University community should take to mitigate the spread of COVID-19. In addition to these proven public health measures, the University is launching a systemwide COVID-19 mail order saliva test program for faculty, staff and students.
This program provides an additional option for students, faculty, and staff systemwide to access COVID-19 testing. Through this program one mail order saliva test from Vault Health will be provided at no cost. The test is processed by Vault Health’s lab partner, Infinity Biologix. As part of the University’s overall COVID-19 testing strategy, this saliva test is an added tool for individuals who are concerned about a possible exposure to COVID-19. This test is optional. For individuals who are symptomatic, part of a case investigation, or have had a confirmed exposure to a positive COVID-19 case, please review the University’s MTest protocols.

How do I receive my COVID-19 saliva test through this program?
University students, faculty and staff systemwide will receive a personalized email with a dedicated code in the coming weeks. The email will include instructions for going to the Vault Health website to request a saliva test that will be mailed directly to your home. Watch this Vault Health video for an overview.
How many tests am I provided through this program?
Through this program, students, faculty and staff are provided one test at no cost. If students, faculty or staff would like additional tests, they may purchase them directly from Vault Health.
