Life gets hard. Finding help is easy.

November 20, 2024

MentalHealth@UMN is an online tool to help the University community discover and navigate mental health and wellbeing support resources in times of need. Your situation may be large or small, sudden or long-term. It could even involve a peer you’re worried about. Whatever the case, the University has what you need to get the help you need.

Visit https://mentalhealth.umn.edu and answer a few prompts to find campus resources tailored to your specific needs, including:

  • Physical safety
  • Basic need
  • Mental health
  • Physical health
  • Incident reporting
  • Conflict resolution
  • Guidance or advocacy

This tool is 100% anonymous—no names or emails required—and no personal information is ever collected or stored.

Safety is a shared responsibility. By advocating for open conversations about mental health we can help reduce the stigma and show that at the University, no one has to face their struggles alone.
